Scheduled -
We will release version 24.11 of CSP (CABAS and CAB Plan). See release notes for detailed information (available from 2024-11-14 via the "Release information" icon in CABAS/CAB Plan and then under the CAB Support tab).
How will this affect me as a user?
Will the system be available during the release? - No Will the release force a restart of the CSP client? - Yes Will the release require download of a new CSP client? - Yes, it is not possible to run the old version after the release.
Please note ! The downtime of the system is approximate and may be prolonged, but it will be available as soon as the release is complete.

Investigating -
There are issues with using MEPS at the moment.
When opening a calculation a big image can appear. A workaround is to remove the assignment image. Don't forget to add the image again when the incident is resolved.
We apologize for this and are working to solve the problem as soon as possible.
The problem affects users in all markets. We will keep you updated.
We have now solved the problem causing the failure in CABAS and we are monitoring the results of that. We apologize for the inconvenience that this may have caused.

Currently we have an incident in CABAS which affect the performance and/or availability. We apologize for the inconvenience that this may cause and are working to resolve this as soon as possible.
It currently takes a long time to create estimates. There are also issues with NVR/VTR.
Resolved -
We have now solved the problem causing the failure in CAB Plan and we are monitoring the results of that. We apologize for the inconvenience that this may have caused.
